Free Virtual Beer Tasting with Hospices of Hope
REGISTER BY 16TH SEPTEMBER FOR HOSPICES OF HOPE’S FREE VIRTUAL BEER TASTING ON 24TH SEPTEMBER WITH BEDLAM BREWERY!
Hospices of Hope is teaming up again with Bedlam Brewery to give beer enthusiasts the chance to sample some of their delicious craft beers on Thursday evening, 24th September, from 7:30 pm – 9:00 pm. (This superb event is from a stable of free, highly successful Virtual Events that have ranged from exciting Concerts and Spa Days to Cookery Classes, Cider Tastings and Keep Fit classes. World-class musicians and field experts have donated their time free to co-produce virtual events with Hospices of Hope in aid of the Charity’s Coronavirus Emergency Appeal).
How to take part in the Virtual Beer Tasting
Beer enthusiasts can register their interest on the Hospices of Hope’s website at https://www.hospicesofhope.co.uk/Event/virtual-beer-tasting and we will send them some samples of Bedlam Brewery’s beer. They should have these ready for the event when a Bedlam Brewery representative will explain the differences in the beers and talk them through the tasting.
To receive the samples they must register through Hospices of Hope’s website by Wednesday, 16th September and provide name and UK address details.
Please note that this event is for participants aged 18 or over.
Cost of mailing the beer samples
To cover the cost of sending the beer samples we are charging £10. This will provide enough beer for 4 people to participate in the tasting. If participants have a larger group they will need to change the quantity when registering. For example, if they are taking part in a group of 6, they will need to click “2” in the quantity box.
There is no additional cost, but if beer enthusiasts would like to show their appreciation for the event by donating to Hospices of Hope, they will be helping the charity’s medical teams to continue providing free in-house hospice care, clinics and home visits for desperately-ill children and adults from Romania, Serbia, Moldova and Albania.
As the cost is to cover postage, we cannot offer a refund if participants do not take part in the Virtual Beer Tasting. However, this event is subject to minimum numbers and refunds will be issued if cancellation is necessary.
As quoted by our Senior Fundraiser, Jess McKechie: “By taking part in one of our virtual events you will be helping us to provide hospice care for seriously ill adults and children. They faced huge health challenges before Covid-19, but their situation has been made far worse because of the pandemic. Our programme of virtual events includes something for everyone, so I really hope you can join us.”
