Yoga for Beginners

Make a positive start this year with Yoga for Beginners
What better way to beat lockdown boredom especially with this gloomy weather than to try something new?
These classes are for our charity's Non-MS community, the general public and are open to people of all abilities.
Starting on Tuesday 2 February at 7pm this four week 'Vinyasa Yoga for Beginners’ course will be taught by qualified yoga teacher Saskia Morris.

Here's what Saskia has to say:
"My name is Saskia. I am a qualified yoga teacher (with 400 hours of training) and a member of the Independent Yoga Network. I teach classes and private sessions, working with a wide range of ages including people with disabilities, injuries and hearing impediments. I truly believe that yoga does not discriminate and should be open to everyone. It is my aim to encourage more people to include it in their lives as a way of nourishing mind, body and soul. Whether you’re a full-time yogi or a complete beginner, my classes are for everyone and anyone."
By attending these yoga classes online you will be helping to support our wonderful charity throughout this difficult period.
