Each week we explore foundational yoga poses, breathing practices and mindfulness.
This gentle style of yoga is good for improving both mobility and stability in the body, as well as promoting calm and relaxation.
This community class is open to all - whether you've been practicing for a while or are completely new to yoga! The gentle style is also inclusive and supportive for anyone over 50.
