HAZLITT THEATRE: The Little Mermaid summer date - tickets limited

Thursday 6th May 2021

Live theatre is back with a splash as The Hazlitt Theatre welcomes the ‘laugh-a-minute’ adaptation of THE LITTLE MERMAID by David Phipps-Davis.
It hits Maidstone on August 25 and is described as a "dazzling yet intimate musical pantomime", suitable for the entire family, boasts stunning costume and set designs.
A Hazlitt spokesman said: "It is a toe-tapping, hand-clapping score of pop music favourites arranged by Richard Reeday and first-class choreography and staging from Jordan Langford.
"The much-loved tale of rebellious Ariel, a mermaid princess who craves to explore the world above the waves will feature a cast of eight electrifying, multi-role-playing actors."
It stars Myra Dubois as the villainous sea-witch, Ursula, with Georgie Faith (Ariel), Luke Coldham (Crabby, Captain Hansson), Ben Brooker (Prince Christian, Watt the Cabin Boy), Aidan MacColl (Desmond the Star Fish, Queen Matilda), Will Tomlin (King Triton, Davy Jones) with Kira MacCarter and Phillipe Taylor as Ensemble.
