MISSING WOMAN: Police send up helicopter in bid to find Maidstone resident

KENT police sent up a search helicopter early this morning after a woman was reported missing late last evening.
She went missing from her home last night at around 10pm.
Residents in the Willington Street, Mote Park and Bearsted areas noticed helicopter activity at around 5.30am.
One Bearsted resident said: "It woke me up because the chopper was quite low."

Kent Police said: "Officers searching for a missing Maidstone woman requested assistance from the police helicopter in an attempt to locate her. 
"The woman was reported missing at 10.10pm on Monday, 12 July 2021. The helicopter was deployed to the Maidstone area at 5.45am on Monday, 13 July. Enquiries are ongoing to locate her."
