Man arrested and charged in Maidstone for indecent exposure

A MAN has been arrested after complaints were received of indecent behaviour in Maidstone.
Kent Police officers were called to Gabriel’s Hill at 7.30pm on Tuesday, October 9 2018.
Timothy Smythe (56), of no fixed address was arrested and later charged with indecent exposure, two racially aggravated public order offences and two public order offences.
Kent Police said: "He was remanded to appear by video link before Medway Magistrates’ Court on Thursday 11 October.
