Open mornings at primary school
Monday 5th October 2015
Wateringbury Church of England Primary School is holding an open morning for prospective parents on Tuesday, October 6.
Parents with children due to start school next September are invited to come and see the school in action. Headteacher Chasey Crawford Usher will speak to parents in the hall at 10:45am and this will be followed by tours of the school. Parents will be able to spend time in the reception classrooms and outdoor area, observing the many activities that the children are involved in.
The school is proud of its close association with St John the Baptist Church in Wateringbury. Prospective parents are encouraged to join the school for its harvest service at 9am on Monday, October 5, when children will contribute poetry, songs and readings to the service.
On Tuesday, October 13, parents and prospective pupils are invited to spend some time in the reception class from 10:45am to 11:45am. Please ring the school office on (01622) 812199 to book a place at either of the opening mornings.
