URGENT APPEAL: Man assaulted by three men in Offham - can you help police?

Tuesday 28th April 2020

Kent Police is appealing for information following a disturbance in Offham.

At around 2.30am on Sunday, April 26 2020 three men are reported to have assaulted a man in Church Street, with no serious injuries sustained.

The suspects are reported to have travelled to and from the scene in a silver Volkswagen.

Due to reports which suggested the car could be linked to an address in Newcastle, officers from Northumbria Police attended a property in the city as part of routine enquiries on the same date as the offence.

Enquiries to locate the vehicle, and establish the full circumstances, are ongoing.

Anyone who witnessed the disturbance, or who may have privately held CCTV that captures the offenders or vehicle travelling in the area of the offence, is asked to call Kent Police on 01622 604100 quoting 46/70988/20.

You can also contact the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
